Marcio Beauclair

Partner-Executive Officer

He has a degree in advertising from the UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), and has taken additional Digital Marketing courses at Hyper Island and at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

With more than 20 years of experience, Beauclair has held leadership roles in Brazil’s largest agencies, including Africa, Publicis, and Wunderman, one of Y&R’s digital arms. He also has international experience, having worked at Fischer, in Portugal and Spain, and at the creative boutique Modernista!, in Boston, USA.

He served as President and Board Member for Grupo de Planejamento, and works as professor of planning at the Miami Ad School and at Red Hook, in Curitiba (southern Brazil).

Marcio has experience in integrated communication. He served as a Branding consultant at Ana Couto from 2005 to 2007, leading the Rio and São Paulo teams on projects for major Brands such as Coca-Cola, Embraer, Procter and Gamble, Itaú Unibanco, and Klabin.

For more than eight years, he was one of the primary strategists for the Vivo and Telefônica brands. He has won one Grand Effie – the most important Strategy prize – and seven Lions in Cannes, including one Gold Lion. He now returns to AC as a partner, to lead the area of Strategy, integrating Branding, Communication, and Data Culture.
