CHALLENGE

Despite advances in cancer treatment, the number of diagnoses will not stop increase in Brazil and in the world. To meet the growing number of patients, the private hospitals come his cancer centers or expanding by creating new  centres oflarge enterprises. Would that be an opportunity for smaller hospitals to provide amore humane and focused on the person?

STRATEGY

We took a deep dive into the universe of the São Carlos Clinic, and looked at every detail through the patient’s eyes. And that was how we understood the true essence of this Brand: sparking the courage that exists inside each person, putting life first. Thus, the São Carlos Clinic decided to go well beyond treatment, and to look at cancer as a cause, with the patient at the center at all times.ways.

CREATION

We had the challenge of combining the moment of transformation of the brand with the story built over the 50 years of dedication to cancer treatment. A new point of view brought a new descriptive: San Carlos Oncologic Health, making clear your specialty and your focus on health care more than the disease.

IMPLEMENTATION

The new Brand São Carlos Saúde Oncológica received new elements that reinforce health with the person in the center, with bright colors, graphics and images that transmit well-being. New corporate materials, uniforms and a new look give off a more welcoming tone, promoting closer relationships between the patients, doctors and family members at this one-stop care for cancer treatment.
