CHALLENGE

Relationships between people and companies are changing, as is the way they consume and interact with technology. PAR Corretora de Seguros (Insurance Brokers) needed to keep up with the advancements so they wouldn’t get “frozen in time,” so they renewed their Business and Branding Strategies, alongside experts in building Brand personality.

STRATEGY

PAR’s transformation started with a complete diagnosis, to determine opportunities for improvement. We defined strategic guidelines and designed a new ecosystem and positioning, representing the future of the Brand.

The goal was to transform a company that served as an insurance broker between Caixa Econômica (bank) and Caixa Seguradora (insurance company), turning it into a provider of precise solutions to boost business, combining the ideal financial and insurance solutions for each client.

CREATION

Setting aside a Brand that would go unnoticed, and that didn’t have its own identity, to spark a new identity, recognized and valued for the precise solutions it offers. That’s how Wiz was born: a Brand that facilitates the convergence between companies and people, business and opportunities, creating meaningful connections.

IN ITS NAME, TRANSFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE. IN THE LOGO, ENERGY AND MOVEMENT.

Inspired by a spring and a lightning bolt, it symbolizes propulsion and transmits the strength and will to change the market. Vibrant colors and proprietary graphics invoke the connections that Wiz aims to create, acting as puzzle pieces that fit together precisely.

IMPLEMENTATION

Corporate materials inspire employees and partners with elements that are characteristic to Wiz. The company’s values come to life in the interior design, and reflect this new time. At the launch event, an invitation for everyone to build the era of encounters alongside Wiz, celebrating this new Brand, which values meaningful connections between people, technology and intelligence.
