Who we are

Ana Couto Branding & Design (ACBD) is a brand strategy consulting firm, backed by 16 years of solid experience in developing a unique capacity to bring together strategic vision and creative design.

• Ana Couto

   CEO

  • A Design graduate from PUC-RJ, Ana holds a Masters degree in Visual Communication from the Pratt Institute, New York, NY. She has also completed the Branding program at Kellogg University and Branding Experience at the Design Institute of America, Chicago, IL. She played the role of Branding Project Leader for important companies such as Unibanco, Procter & Gamble, Klabin, Alpargatas, and others.

• Luciana Pinto

   Partner-Director of Corporate Affairs

  • Graduated in Design from PUC-RJ, Luciana has been part of the Ana Couto Branding & Design team since 1996 and, today, is a partner in the business. As acting corporate executive, she manages many projects and processes in the office.

    Before assuming her present-day position, she coordinated the team of designers, final artists and trainees as part of the development of special projects at companies such as Companhia Vale do Rio Doce and Klabin.

• Cristiane Gonzalez

   Branding Director

  • Graduated in Social Communication at FAAP, she began her career at DPZ then moving on to companies like Rohm and Haas and Editora Abril. Cristiane has solid and extensive experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Danilo Cid

   Partner-Director of Creation

  • A Designer graduated from ESDI/UERJ holding an extension course in Branding sponsored by the Design Institute of America, Chicago, IL. Besides managing the Unibanco account, he participates in projects for clients including Alpargatas, Telefônica, Klabin, Ernst & Young, Célere, CI, The Coca-Cola Company Brazil and Mexico, Vale – Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, Blah!, Telemar, H.Stern and Lachmann.

• Christophe Schwarzberg

   Branding Director

  • Graduated in Industrial Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and post-graduated in Business Management from Ibmec-RJ.

    He’s worked for more than 10 years in the communication and advertising segments heading strategic planning and communication projects for important clients such as Perdigão, Kaiser, TV Globo, UNESCO, Claro, Universidade Veiga de Almeida, Fashion Mall, among others.

    Backed by solid experience in electronic channel launching and digital marketing, he was the founding partner of the virtual card website “ocarteiro.com”, taken over by the investment fund IP.COM in 2003, and IVC’s TOP 10 and IBOPE’s TOP 50 in 2004.

    He joined Ana Couto Branding & Design team in 2009 and at this time is responsible for the Branding team in Rio de Janeiro, representing the company in relations with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Vinci Partners, Teleperformance, Vale, Fashion Mall, AES Brasil and AES Eletropaulo and Alpargatas.

• Dario Menezes

   Executive Director

  • Dario is a post graduate professional in Marketing from the renowned ESPM and holds an MBA in Retail Marketing from FGV. He was General Manager of Marketing at Varig and at Vale. Dario is a professor at the post graduate school – IBMEC. He is also an author of published academic articles on marketing strategy.

• Napoleon Fujisawa

   Diretor de Design

  • Formado em Desenho Industrial/Programação Visual pela UNESP, Napoleon tem experiência em trabalhos de identidade corporativa e design editorial.

    Sua última experiência foi na FutureBrand BC&H, onde desenvolveu projetos para as empresas Votorantim, Banco Real, Medley e Nestlé.

    Napoleon faz parte da equipe Ana Couto Branding & Design desde 2005, onde já desenvolveu projetos para clientes, como Klabin, Gerdau, Redecard, Bematech, Spread, entre outros.

    Atualmente desenvolve projetos para Teleperformance, Vinci Partners e AES Brasil.

• Luiz Felippe de Alvarenga Netto

   Executive Director

  • Luiz holds an MBA from the FGV graduate school and, previous to joining the Executive Team, he participated in Brand Evaluation projects at a financial consultancy office in Brazil. He was in charge of important client negotiations with companies such as Mitsubishi, Grupo RBS, Sebrae, Leite de Rosas, Telemar and Globo.com.

• Raquel Goulart

   Branding Director

  • A postgraduate professional in Corporate Communication from the University of Genoa, Italy, Raquel has developed internationalization projects for the European Commission in Brussels and coordinated other projects for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Brazil and Italy. Her present-day client portfolio includes companies such as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola Mexico and Eletropaulo.
